    for featured links, if all slots are occupied, there will be no add url button, however, for normal links there is always such button/link after you choose your category

    Ok so if the site has a donations link that sends in thousands, and gets servers etc donated by Hewlet Packard this is ok.

    But if the site does 100's of hours of work a month for 4 cents revenue, this is not.

    Hey, I use apache on all my servers and didn't pay or donate anything so it's good others do... apache is really great.

    I appreciate your site, too bad I didn't actually have time to check the script and you should fix some 404 errors on about/contact pages.
