2 days is too much? Wow, that seems harsh. Depending on the product/business/etc, 2 business days is not really excessive. I realize a site review is not building a house, but 48 hours does not seem unreasonable. It's a good thing DMOZ doesn't charge for site reviews...lol. Congrats on the sitelinks. Although it may not mean an 'authority' status, I think it lends credibility (and I think it means something on Scroogle's end). I've noticed quite a few directories announcing sitelinks. I wonder what's going on? The carrot and the stick?
I guess its because i know from reviewing myself that it doesn't take that long to accept or decline and refund if needed, even if i had a day job and could only go through listings in the evening for example, it would be one of the first things that i would do, i personally believe a submitter will return with confidence if they were seen to quickly. When i order products online or waiting for funds to reach my bank account or waiting for a parcel or cheque in the post it always makes me worry until i get confirmation and have what ive been waiting for. As a result i always go back to the quick service companies, and not to the ones that took their time, because theres the choice. Maybe worth thinking about, not everyone thinks my way of course, but making your customers wait may mean the difference between them using you or not ever again.
