I'm a freelance webdesigner with a lot of work on my hands. I am looking for low-cost (overseas OK) assistance to: 1. Design modern and professional layouts in a graphics program (Pls advise what program(s) you use) based on a direction I will provide via email. 2. Possibly convert those layouts into webpages (Advise what web design program you use.) Please also include your hourly rate for the work mentioned above and what hours and days you work (I need someone who is available at a min Mon-Fri).
