POFUsers.com is a website for people who are unhappy with plenty of fish. Plenty of fish have their own forums which once had a buzzing community and I capitalised on the upset in the community by starting a forum for POF Users, POFUsers employs a different ethos of fun and flirting as apposed to POF's rigid rules.

The site employs impeccable SEO optimisation, probably the best you will see on a phpbb forum. I have not done any search engine submission however it appears in the search engines, usually on the first page for the majority of it's keywords, sometimes even above POF itself.

The daily hits have been increasing from 50245 per day in NOV '09 to 80240 per day for this month in OCT '10. This sliding scale has been linear and there is no evidence of any slow down. Migration from POF has been one way, from their forum to mine.

The reason I am selling the site is because I want to spend more time persuing a different career totally unrelated to IT. I believe this forum to have value to anybody in the dating industry looking for non POF traffic.

The forum itself is a friendly forum with loyal users and moderators, I have always taken on board the suggestions of the users and put them first, obviously the new owner will have to uphold this same standard. The users help to promote and advertise the forum by word of mouth aswell.
