The website basically runs and sustains itself. Not much work is needed, except answering emails and approving posts/comments. Or if you were to improve the design/functionality of the website.

Users post content on a daily basis in the form of fraud reports. Anyhow this content is always aimed against a certain company or person who are naturally upset about these reports whether they are right or wrong. So these persons will send a lot of email threats and even though they have no legal power against your website, because it's not you who post the content, but the users, so they are solely responsible for the content -- after 2+ years of running the website it gets annoying to read the daily threats, thus that's the reason for selling the website.

The website gets 1000+ UV per day.

I can send any proof of earnings or traffic or anything else you might want via pm or I will update the thread with the new information.

Look you can stick your head in you own ass, but don't go and screw up someone elses thread. Looks like you have no life and you waste your time by spitting on others.

I have no time for low lives such as yourself, so you can kindly go out of this thread and not return.

The stats can be checked live in analytics, you can also give me a script and I will insert it on the website for 24 hours, then you'll have all the data and see where the visitors come from and how much daily activity there is. The majority of visitors come from google. There is also one page on the website that brings around 3000 visitors per month, but that page will be removed and redirected to another website, so you can count in these - 3000 visitors into the monthly stats.

If your "mank CPA" is referring to the surveys, those can easily be removed, but then the monthly earning will be 50% lower.

 

Furthermore, for proof of earnings I could establish a live web cam and show the earnings live if needed. I can do that for any other stats too.

This is no BS and I have nothing to hide, thus I will do anything that you, the buyer, require or wish.

 

Also, one more thing, the price is negotiable.
