The sites look is ok but the url you chose is gonna haunt you forever in the serps. You are telling Google nothing about the site with a keyword or phrase in the url....and that is an absolute cardinal sin for rankings. I know it may be a company name etc but it's still going to hurt you. You'll have to be 10 times better than your competitor who has the keyword in the url
concise is my first impression. i think the graphic in the middle takes up a large space and is not in harmony with your text contents.
website is uncomplete, flash based, will be slow to load use php, html,css,javascript,mysql, website is not automated, it looks like you will have to manualy do the pages, and some other things which will get you nowhere with manual html coding. website design looks very old and unprofessional.
Looks good - I would change the page names to remove the numbers and separate the words with underscores
