Business Website Management Company: medium-term independent contractors

My new website management company is seeking a few independent contractors for various service positions for a regular flow of work on small to medium business websites ranging between a local restaurants to medium sized widget/service businesses and everything in between.

Position: SEO/Internet Marketing
Seeking at least two for this position.

We prefer people who have marketed/SEO for businesses instead of ad/content based websites. If you seem like a qualified candidate I will interview you further about our needs.

Compensation: Starting at $15/hr
Type of work: Reoccurring monthly service SEO and Marketing as well as one time SEO projects. All work is based on the outlined business services.
Amount of work: 5-15 Hours/week, we are flexible with your schedule as long as you notify us at least a week before any changes.

Position: Website Designer
Seeking only one for this position.

We prefer people who have worked with Drupal or Joomla CMS's and know how to design for easy coding into CMS's. The typical projects are for businesses and don't require elaborate graphics and layout. Coding ability is a plus and earns your more hourly. All designs will involve some sort of CMS.

Compensation: Starting at $15/hr
Type of work: Custom designs and modifying free templates to the clients logo, color scheme, and layout requirements.
Amount of work: 5-10 Hours/week, we are flexible with your schedule as long as you notify us at least a week before any changes.

Position: Sales Agent
Seeking two for this position

We prefer people who have sold business services in a sales related position.

Compensation: 6% of total sales
Type of work: Following valid leads, generating your own leads, sales live chat, and optionally working the toll free sales department number (You will be rotated between other agents).
Time Slots:
10am-3pm, 3-7pm M-F
Amount of work: 10-20 Hours/week, we are flexible with your schedule as long as you notify us at least a week before any changes. You are paid based on total sales completed but we organize you in time frames. The late shift will receive more leads than live visitors or callers.

Position: Personal Customer Service Agent
Seeking 1-2 for this position

We prefer people who have worked in customer service industry before and are experienced with advising about technology products and services such as the design and marketing. Simple troubleshooting guides will be provided, otherwise support requests will be directed to other more technical engineers.

English as first language is a must. We prefer NO thick accents and strong communication skills. You will be keeping the clients happy while helping them. This is not directly tech support.

Compensation: Starting at $10/hr worked. Will increase upon satisfactory review from clients.
Type of work: Manage your clients' problems, service requests, and perform satisfaction inquiries. Work will be done over the phone and through email. Subsequent PO's from clients after their first purchase through a sales agent will be done through you and you will manage the results such as confirming it was done correctly with the client. You will also track some payments.
Pickup Agents: If you can handle more work and are interested, a pickup agent handles all incoming calls in which client's personal agent is offline or not available.
Time Slots:
10am-3pm, 3-7pm M-F
12-4pm, 4-7pm, Saturday & Sunday
Amount of work: 10-20 Hours/week. You are paid for the time on phone or corresponding with clients. You report any off-phone time with the ticket reports when emailing clients. Phone time is auto recorded and will be calculated into your total hours. There will be plenty of follow-up work to be done while you are available for clients to call in for support/advice.

No, the business website is not fully optimized yet it and it was officially launched last week. We already have a couple existing clients from my previous business. Please keep in mind these are entry level positions for a brand new startup designed to last for at least 6+ months. Requirements, Pay, and positions will change after the first few months.
