business structure help. Sale of digital goods. ie: ebooks

    I am currently writing a ebook. After the book is completed i will set up a sales page. If i have success, i plan to move on to another project and repeat. Maybe sell the sales website site on Flippa or some other market place.

    I was wondering what is the best business structure for such a venture?

    What other legal issues will i need to address in the sale of ebooks?

    (I am located in the US, Texas to be exact. I understand State laws differ for federal, so general answers are ok.)

    Form an LLC, Limited Liability Company. It's cheap and easy and protects any personal assets you have should you be sued.
