The server is located in Dallas, Texas. We abide by laws within the United States. Also, we cannot discuss this topic here. Proxies/linking is allowed. I abide by DMCA's as stated in my ToS.

As in - we abide by US laws which basically states that I can't knowingly host Warez - and if someone (my client) is just linking to warez I'll just receive a DMCA which then I'd have to remove said links of said warez and or ask you to comply. If you do not, then you'll be suspended and possibly terminated. If you HOST warez, then that's against US law and I'll have to terminate your account immediately.

Let me rephrase this to be more clear - In general, in the USA, warez in general are illegal. Whether it be hosting and or linking. Now of course one is worse then the other. I highly suggest you don't do either. But it's impossible to moderate linking as opposed to actually hosting said files. Thus leaving linking in a gray area. Usually most companies will just send you a DMCA asking you to take down the content, if not complied I will be forced to terminate your account. If I find out - I will have to terminate your account.
