Reason: Lack of funds. I do not have the funds necessary to afford the marketing for the site. I've hired someone to create a marketing plan for the site, which is included in the sale. Expected revenue after is year is set to $200,000 (see below) but one would need to approximately spend $5000 or more. Details can be found below.

There is no BIN to aquire the site as of now. The reserve is held secret as to I don't know exactly the amount the project is worth; however, I have a good understanding of the different factors depending on which I set the reserve.

Thanks projectw3. It's been developed since November but even though I spent 100s of hours I realized that I'd need some funds to get it running. Even though it's free, people won't really open projects there. They rather pay for a service to get more quality bids... I think that's the world of the beginners in business, just like me! I'm not giving up or something but I have to find ground first before going into such "bigger" businesses...
