First off, sorry for this question but since English isn't my native language i would like to know what the term is, of the receipt you get for a business environment in order to negate the taxes. Is it called an invoice, or am i wrong here? Then i need to ask, is it posible to get these receipts from on-line purchase just like you would when shopping on your local shopping center? Also can the seller provide a "proof of new product" paper? I will be shopping some stuff from UK and i will need these two papers, and i would just like to know if it's possible for on-line purchases.
