Seems like a lot of services based towards professionals. You probably would do best with certain marketing approaches. Things like.. -Local Classifieds, printed media -Pay Per Click advertising -Local Business Chambers of Commerce. There are other ways to promote the website, like trying to use organic search engine results, but the competition is very hard and saturated that you probably won't get noticed at all.
Design a few website templates and submit them to free template sites. Make sure to include a link back to your site. Once people start downloading and using your templates, you can add them to your virtual portfolio of clients. It's also great free advertising when they keep your link back to your site.
