This is a general question about business setup. However it is a bit techie. I have found a website with a database with a large list of individuals that should be contacted. I am now in the process of setting up a system. However it is a huge project. Basically; it is a database and I do not believe it has existing API Summary; I would like to take details from a database / website, such as names and address and match it with a phone number directory for calling. Taking name and address from a website database Use something like a Country Phone Directory Dial using voip, supplying a recorded information like a website to visit. ---- I have worked with VOIP units for years - have 6 units,but --- ??? is this what they mean when they talk about Asterisk VOIP setup ? My questions? How would I do that? What is involved ? Any suggestions of where to start ? (links, someone that has done that?) Budget, let me check, in my pocket I have $10.38 cents. Thinking outside the box, what is the best way to go about setting up something as I tried to describe? Note; I do understand that I can have 3 browsers open one with the database, the other with a phone directory website and a phone to dial, however I have 3 million to process.
