    Hello Everyone,

Our company are looking for a business partner, who is also able to code websites and create applications. We are looking to set up a large network of websites, but we need a small investment from yourself, and also your coding knowledge.

If you are succesful we will require you to invest $150 into the company, this will go towards advertising among other things. We will then require you to code the first 8 websites in our network.

You need good knowledge of PHP, MySQL and also flash, because our homepage is a coverflow feature.

In return you will receive a 25% share in the companies profits every month and you will also receive a 45% share in the companies equity if we were ever to sell it.

Your role will be to code all of our websites, and also make applications such as security software that will be sold on some of our websites.

We need you to start as soon as possible.

I you are interested post here, PM me, email me on: or add me on MSN:

You need to be able to speak fluent english.

    Thank you

What´s your twist here? First your looking for a coder/developer that needs to partner with you and do some large amount of time spending on building all your websites, then on top off that pay you $150 so that he can be paid?

Please explain to me how your thinking, cause I realy do not follow the thinking of the scenario here .. Though I want to know more about your business concept .. =) If you do not want to explain here, just hit me with a pm.

    Hello bohlin,

The $150 is seen as the investment into the company if you were to become a business partner. There is no twist at all :)

    Thanks

You'll probably need to rethink the plan. On the day you let a developer in and explain how the scheme works, he can simply take your idea and walk away with it. Know why? He'll be doing the hard work, developing the websites, and the security software you mentioned about. What else is needed for things to work? Promotion? I guess he can handle that task and retain the other 75% of the deal eventually.

Are you willing to provide a copy of your business plan, articles of incorporation, and financial statements to the candidates? Also, if you are incorporated are you suggesting that you will issue shares equal to 45%. Also, what will you contribute to the effort and what are projected monthly profits?

You should probably offering $150 instead of asking for it. If you can't come up with $150 yourself I would not want to start a business with you.

150$ is peanuts for any real company. Sounds like a scam to me.
