    from what i can tell, looks like they are offering a commission on sales you bring them, or they will sell to you at a discount...not really a "partnership"

    Thats what I was thinking, If im not getting paid, In my eyes thats not a partnership... Really all we would get is discounts for hard work.

    Guys they want someone who will search and forward them projects which they will do in cheap rates and you are free to quote your price to the client. Yes there is no fix pay but you can earn good commissions monthly if you have lot of contacts :)
