theres a question that you have'nt answered:
was the adsense using an individuals SS # or Tax ID?
If SS. then report to police, send copy of report to google
    and insist it be handled.

if tax id...then your screwed, get a new acct. and good riddance
    to bad rubbish.

Something is not right with this story. If it was your name, SSid, address, and banking info then I cannot see how google could refuse helping you. As others said, it is your property.

How old are you and how old is your "business partner"? Have you two ever met?

It's really strange how he is able to get control of the account even though you have cancelled the first one.

Were you using his credit card?

    Rule #1 - don't enter into a partnership online!
Rule #2 - if you find an awesome dude that would make you squillions of dollars if you just split the income/work, see Rule #1!

only thing you can do is email or phone him try to sort this out...

coz he will be geting the mail you send him its just a case of will he reply

if the checks are payable to you and he cashes them, that is outright theft and fraud.

google is getting confused by your partnership explanation. i'd avoid that entirely. your SSN, your name, some else is getting the cheks- just tell google you did not get the money or authorize it and they will have no choice but stop the issued checks...

Yeah, so I'm still waiting on Google for my adsenes account.

They decided the dispute over the adwords account wasn't worth getting involved and so they shut the account down. I've been trying to find out about my adsense account... but after about 5 emails.. still no response...

I'm not liking Google's customer support right now..

I wouldn't mind opening a new adsense account if there was a way..

Alright, well technically if he logs into your adsense account again or gets google to give him access he is comitting fraud as the account is in your name not his and he is posing as the owner of the account. Threaten him as many ways possible with legal disputes after talking to a legal about what would be your best options, and then talk to him about what you should say to Google about the fraud. I would then bring up a lawsuit for losses you have encountered over this ordeal if any.

moral of this story, don't partner with people you dont know and trust throughly in real life. it will only lead to disaster. best of luck resolving this.

After Google grants you access to your accounts back, call your business partner and threaten that you'll contact his local authorities about what he's been doing. Hopefully that should deter him from trying to steal your accounts.

As many people say: no online partnerships, if you need something done: hire a freelancer or outsource.

If your business is succesfull you'll get much more then in a partnership and you are 100% free what to do with the site. Imagine trying to sell a site with a partner ...

Yeah, I learned that the hard way; either sale your business completely or not at all. It sucks working for someone else. My site made me 10k a month in profit. After a deal was completed, I partnered with him for 60k a year, which was a loss, but I did a lot less work which was great.

Anyways, two and half years later I hate him and he's retarded so I quit. I disabled his access to my adwords, he got pissed and some how got it back.

I still don't have access to adwords or adsense. I have just about run out of hope for them.

The adwords team says they closed my adwords account because of an ownership dispute. But they won't tell me anything about adsense. I emailed the adsense people, but all they reply back with is troubleshooting auto replies. And they have yet to reply as a real person.

    I'm sick of it.

Either I'm going to use a friend's adsense accounts for my 50+ sites... or I'm going to try to create another one with a DBA.

    Bah!
