I began this site about a month and a half ago - so it is still VERY new, and doing very well considering that. The site is ideal for someone looking to catch an already started domain in business/finance. I can expect a PR3-P4 not this PR update, because the site is too new, but the next one. It has well-established links in PR3-4 related business/finance sites/blogs. The site also gets PR3, PR4 links to almost each of its posts. The site is/has also been submitted to many directories, and social/blog networks, and a private network of PR4 blogs providing 350 backlinks. It also includes an auto-submission to some of the most popular social/blog networks for each posted article.

The site is also VERY search-engine-optimized. It scored 91% in SEO score. It is very near the first page of google (top of second page) for its target keyword: "canadian business news". Again, this site is only about a month and a half old.

The site is also very ad-sense optimized as well. I recently changed the theme due to IE6 CSS issues, this one seems to be doing better with AdSense. I've earned a good amount for a first month; as the site obviously gets more popular, it will definitely make a lot more. The business/finance related keywords usually have a better than average payout. For this site, I have personally seen up to $2 / click.

The site is also ideal for expansion to include a "Canadian Business directory" - a high volume search keyword as well. The site is also has great potential for affiliate revenue (eg. forex trading, mortgage / student refinancing, etc.), if you are willing to innovate on the site. You would also be able to sell links from the site to those sites dealing with the above mentioned affiliate revenue programs - as the links from this site would be of high value to them.

Anyways, these are all ideas I had in mind. But the reason I am selling, is because I will be going back to university; and see this taking up too much of my time.
