If I were to register my business, "Joes Plumbing", as an LLC, Im guessing that gives me rights to the name "Joes Plumbing, LLC" right? But what about "Joes Plumbing, Inc"? Do I also have any rights to that? Or can somebody else snatch that up? Thanks for the info!
