How exactly do you register your business so you can get an official company name and things of that such?

If you are in the U.S., you start by going to your county clerk. For $15-25 you register a D.B.A. (doing business as).

You then take that paper to the bank, get a business bank account. Minimum deposits vary.

You can then take the next step to get an LLC, and fed/state tax I.D. so you do not have to give out your SSN moving forward. You can do it yourself, or have a lawyer do it for you. Price varies from $300-500.00.

    Peace out.
