Business Forum for sale PR5 with Revenue

    I am selling WebBusinessTalk (dot) com

    There is currently about $265 a month coming in from paying advertisers via paypal subscriptions, Once the site is sold, you will recieve info to contact the current advertisers...or you can get your own...either way you will recieve an excel spreadsheet with advertiser info in it (prices, dates, etc).

    There is further room to monetise the site via banner ads etc

    All current sitewide, Partner and footer links will have to be kept up until they are due to expire.

    This is an auction with minimum bid start of $1000 and increment of $10, there is a silent reserve, and a BIN of $3500.

    Proof of income will be provided via PM only...and it currently comes from private advertisers...no adsense.

    Traffic stats are available on request ,we have already gotten over 4K unique hits this month, averaging about 200 per day

    This forum has great potential...and I'm not the best with forums...just money...so that's why I'm selling this one...to get revenue to get another non-forum site. Any expert forum admin should be able to bring this forum to the next level.

    There are currently two paid "black belt admins" on it (about $100 a month for both)..you can keep or let them go if you'd like that's up to you. They have both done an excellent job on the site.

    Site has a google PR of 5, SEOMOZ of 3.5, SERP is in the top 10 for three different keyword phrases...ranking right below DP on one of them...keywords will be provided via PM upon request.

    I've been looking to buy some business forums for a while :)...figured i'd start...

    might be buying a few more in the next few days/weeks...if you know anyone...let me know :D (though not really expensive ones...i've just depleted a good bit of my fund...lol)
