    Im selling my last website I have. I wanted to hang on to this one for personal use, but times are rough and I need some money to get me through.

    I started this forum to hold on to and to actually use for my self. Though I got sort of side tracked and forgot about it.

    I do NO promoting of it.

    Its not that people do not trust you my man, its sometimes your price, lower your starting price some, than maybe you will get some offers.

    I agree, $100 for a forum without the software and few posts is high. A general rule of thumb is about 6-12 months revenue placing meaning $12-24 if you're making around $2 per month. Then add on whatever the domain is worth to you.

    If it included the VB licence I'd probably go to $150 at most.
