Business for sale, $82,900 income last 12 months

Included with the sale:

* links are included from one location in HTML or in database.
* all "know how" how to build sites, how to sell links, free consultations for 2 months,
* some sites have bought or developed content (phpBB styles site, PHP tutorial site, various translations), that is also included.

Income this year (this month not full, add ~$2000): $27,728.61. This is minus all bank and wire fees. Income not includes all adsense income which is About $50 per month.

Expenses:

* 2 servers = $425/mo.
* links bought = $165/mo.
* clients acquisition average = $85/mo.
* domain renewal average $100/mo.

Profit: income minus expenses = $4175 average

Selling everything for $25,000, that's 6 months profit. Sale through escrow.com, fees paid by buyer.
