**Business Feedback Needed** - Urgent Help Please

    Hello Guys,

We are about to be redoing the process for our services and we need some urgent feedback from individuals like yourself. So, if you would like take the time to leave any answers/feedback in this thread I would greatly appreciate it.

    Q. When going to a website to order services, do you prefer to the company to offer a TON of different packages, so that you have more to choose from or does that just make it more confusing? or Would you prefer for it to be simplified, with only 3 or 4 choices then the ability to maybe build on to those better?

The main thing we are looking at is, we currently have like 5 or 6 options for EACH of our services (like 6 to 7 different services) and wonder if it would be better to have more like a "Tier 1, 2, and 3" package and they can use that and maybe upgrade it if need be.

Thanks again for your feedback and I appreciate it and look forward to reading your comments.

There's this whole notion of "the power of three in sales". You can Google it. People are more likely to consider your offers if there are no more than 3 of them.

Hey, good question actually. Based on experience and research as well, too many choices are confusing and you are only delaying the purchase confirmation.
The most important thing for you is that the user purchases a service and pays but the more choices the more time they need to decide. Yes you are thinking
of you customer and they must have variety to choose from but why not go the other way around:
Give them two to three choice on each service (even better if these choices are standardized among all services for example you have three plans,Silver, Gold and Platinum for all your services). Once they purchase then up-sell or cross-sell. Offer more choices either to enhance the service to suit them better to costing.

Look at big service providers, you are always 1 click away from purchase and that is what gets more people.

    Good luck

I don't really care how many packages there are, as long as one of them is free.

You should always offer a limited, free version so that users can test drive the features before spending any money.

If you decide to do a trial, never ask for credit card information up front.

The easier a website is to work with, the more money I am likely to spend.
