Business Directory - Yellow Pages Style

I have been searching for a decent yellow pages type of business directory without success, I am hoping that someone here has some good suggestions.

As a bonus it should have the ability to rate listings and possibly comment as well.

Something free would be great but if not that is okay as well.

 

I'm planning to develop one good script - the price will be $99. But now only collecting ideas for future script

 

Not free - but have a look at www.nicecoder.com - imo its a great script - rate listings and you can leave comments, change template etc. (I am not affiliated)

nicecoder script is good, im using them frm 2 years.
their latest upgrade is much better
