    I am selling http://www.directorybusiness.org

    It is completely edited and maintained manually and all submissions provide users with good backlinks for seo.

    The sites revenue comes from both adsense and banner ad sales.

    The banner ad at the top of the site pays $15/month.
    Adsense ads throughout the site pay around $20/month.

    As proof, here is a screenshot for the month of August:

    Traffic is consistent with about 700 UVs a month (5% from google).

    These stats were achieved with very little promotion so with little effort the new oner can greatly increase these numbers.

    I paid $300 for the site a few months ago but realize I will probably not be able to get that much now. Im asking for $200 but will consider all reasonable offers. Pm me your offer.
