Business Directory Script (free or cheap)?

I'm getting ready to add a directory to one of my content sites in a very specific niche. I want a Business Directory rather than a Link Directory, since many of those who will be added do not have websites. So the script should have a way make the listing not a link.

Also, a fresh script will be coded in late 2006/early 2007 that will add quite a number of interesting functions .. so the old script will be discarded, but I need to be able to salvage the database info.

At a minimum, I'm looking for something like.

    PHP/mySQL, accept/decline additions, searchable, ???

    Name:
    Address:
    Telephone:
    Description (limited to xxxx characters):
    URL (if any):

I think I know enough to play around with the presentation and HTML, but I'm not a coder.

Take a look at phpmydirectory.com for a business directory.

I actuallly don't want URLs in the directory except as an option that can be turned on or off in the admin. Then they should be a "secondary" field and not a heading.

BTW, I read your article on directories and agree 100%:)
