Buying Business directory needed

    Looking for a php programmer to create a business directory for me.
    I can only offer $100 but I have the full details of how I want it to look and feel.

    Should have an admin panel and member panel.
    Allows companies to register and post their listing(s)
    Companies can then log in and manage their listing.
    They can see info on when their listing expires.

    Admin panel can do all.

    Let me know if this is something you can do. I have a layout in mind.
