This can be reviewed on Adobe Acrobat. I filled this in with random information, but it should reflect what will be in place. I wanted to make an analogous and radial business card with an easy to read style (I'm unsure if this can be passed off as international typographic, but that was my intent). The message I want to communicate is something professional and intelligible, I am unsure what to do with the contrast or how to infer how bad the banding in my gradient is. This is my first project ever, so please keep this in mind when making suggestions. https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/review?uri=urn:aaid:scds:US:2560f531-b436-4192-8b1f-33074a6b37f9
I've gotten some feedback. This is my final edition. Was hesitant to use an outline, because I heard it was indicative of an unreadable font. Unfortunately, that's just what it is. https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/review?uri=urn:aaid:scds:US:cb63bdab-aa4a-4d64-a724-7ae266661a2a
It's a bit old-fashioned and doesn't inspire. The marbled font on the company name makes the word "consulting" stand out more. The blue bands don't match, it's ok to be a shade lighter but they seem to be different blues. Overall it looks like something I might do on canva - and that's not a good thing, sorry!
Yay! Old fashioned was kind of what the client wanted, so that may not be a bad thing for him, but I agree. I was thinking of using neon lines to outline the text, so I will try to implement this. Also read somewhere if you use more than 3 colors, you're doing it wrong. So glad to have been given a recommendation on what to do differently as opposed to something is wrong. I was also corrected on whether or not this could be called International Typographic. It's not. Thank you for the solicited advice. Tried to put up my redo, but I think it may be getting flagged as spam.
