    Hey everyone,

My names is William Tha Great, here from Houston, Texas.

I was planning on getting some business cards made for my blog. I'm a pizza delivery boy so I think it would be great for me to have some so I could hand them out. I believe they would really come in handy with all the people I run into on a daily basis.

What are some great websites to get business cards made at good prices?

    Thanks again!

    God bless,
    William Veasley

A good and cheap place online to purchase business cards would be Vistaprint. Just some advice, make sure that it allowable before you begin to handout personal business cards to the pizza companies customers.

Agreed. If some pizza boy tried to give me his personal business card along with my pizza, I would call his manager right away and report him. Where I live, people pay a lot of money to have their company advertised on the Pizza Box or similar, so the delivery boy getting a freebie doesn't sit right. When the people pay for advertising, this bring more money into the company, lowering my cost of Pizza.

    Hey everyone,

Thanks for taking the time to comment!

I agree with you guys, I was thinking more into it and I don't know if handing them out when I deliever piazzas is a good idea. I'm just going to simply hand them out on my own. I know if I'm developing a business it would be foolish for me to try and do it without business cards. That is like a common trait of success entrepreneurs.

Okay, I will check out vistaprint guys!

    Thanks again!

    God bless,

    your sig says
"May peace be with everyone, there is never a need to fight." Yet your twitter is BOMB_hipster - seems a little odd

anyways - I dont think that advertising while workign is a good idea - personally if a pizza boy was delivering pizzas and his "business" card - i think i would chuckle a bit - I mean what business could you possibly have?

I wouldn't be handing out business cards for my ideas while delivering my pizzas. If I were you, I would make flyers and tape them on the pizza boxes. Just don't let your manager find out, and as long as your not trying to promote any adult or illegal things, you should be fine.

If you get caught and your boss asks you about it, you don't know anything. Quit the flyers for a few weeks until he kind of forgets, and do it again if its getting what you want. If not, find a different way to promote.

    Good luck!

I agree,, as an entrepreneur, business owner, and previous pizza delievery boy when I was younger (lol) i would not give out my business cards out. You don't want to get yourself fired and you don't even know if the people ordering pizza is your target market...

Also, if you need business cards done let me know! I'm in Houston too.

    Best of luck to you!

    Hey,

Thanks for taking the time to comment!

Yeah I'm going to chill out on that idea. I followed your link straight to your site, && I must say you have a nice design great job on that && your business cards look awesomely nice. I don't like your pricing in my opinion I'm not trying to spend that much on business cards.

    Thanks again though!

    Hope to see you around.

    God bless,

We are missing the most important piece of intel, what is the blog about?

I would go the route of tapping flyers to the pizza box once in your car. Just keep some flyers and scotch tape handy. In my experience with this exact thing the customer won't call in unless they are disturbed by the flyer. When I did event promotions in KC we used to pay delivery boys, not pizza shops, to do just this. The delievery guys charged less and got all the cash up front, I had only one complaint during the two years we did this and the flyers were a big success. We made them like coupons for cheap entry into the event so we were able to track the success/fail rate.

when making your business card or quarter flyer try to think like the person getting it. ask yourself "why will I keep this", "why would I go to this website". try to understand motivation etc..

i agree, if it had to do something with pizza or you were promoting a local event that would be better. But not that :(
