    Hi all,

I'm a logo designer and for a month I try different methods to get traffic for my website or getting some new customers for my logos. However none of those campaigns or methods worked. Could someone please help me about these strategies or give me some advices ?

First campaing was reducing my logo services price. Well when l made it 15$ for one night, it worked but it was 15$ and it was a special situation and after that l reduced my price from 100$ to 50$ and didnt change it anymore. It didnt work.

And yesterday l made a new campaign (http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=954216) . It was about giving some commissions to any referrer. Like 20%, but again noone replied. What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks,

    Soner

Well, I don't know exactly what you're doing wrong with your latest campaign because I'm not a logo pricing expert :) but I'm sure you have some traffic to your site, and that traffic can convert but you have no content. Your index page has no content, what about writing some things about yourself and why are your services different and how you work with average webmasters in forums (like DP).

Additionally, since your website is visited by mostly webmasters offer them an affiliate product. My recommendation is a webdesign service. Here's a review thread of mine for EasyWebsites4U: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=923133

    Good luck! :)

are you charging too little? A low price might send the message that your logos arent great

I charge 100$ at the moment. But clients see the quality, I mean they see the portfolio. Why should the price change anything ?

I have to agree with firefix. There are tons of people out there that have a firm belief that "you get what you pay for". Here's another one: "If it looks too good to be true, it probably is." I could go on forever with these lame cliches, but you get the picture, right?

Maybe you should raise your price?

Don't decrease your price keep it as it was before, try giving ads at yahoo or on google adsense. Make a contact with programmers or other designers who don't do logo design but their client's may require it every now and then. Does your website have enough visitors? if not then go for link exchange with other sites, maybe this will help :)

Well I got many backlinks which have potential customers. I guess best is finding design company, I mean they hire freelancers to create logos for them :)
