I am selling this site because of a new offline business that has been taking my time. The lucky buyers must however be able to continue running the site by either getting a writer or a journalist. Apart from the site, the lucky buyer gets the facebook page, twitter page, subscriber lists. Contacts of our PR agencies that send news and stories to us and every offline business contact.
This is not just a website, but a full business. Adsense earning is not much but sales is make from products and product reviews from tech companies in Nigeria.
Much details can not be revealed here but I can work with the lucky buyer for the next one month after purchase to link with our existing subscribers, freelancers etc.

Autopilot, no original content, 2 years old, dash in the domain, etc.

It's really difficult to be earning $30 monthly with that page, and anyway if you do, can you explain me how you calculated the site price, or where did that $10,000 came from.

I agree. The market always determines the price and nobody in their right mind is going to pay that amount of money for a crappy site. You might as well go play the lottery.

And google analytics to see traffic, traffic source,etc... If you didn't installed google analytics, then with whatever you are using.

 

I dont use analytics but a plugin on wordpress. However, are you interested in buying or just want to help me analyse how much I should sell it?

 

Like I said. I dont have much experience with selling site but I have my reason for putting that amount based on the connections and places the site has taken me to. However, I would need your constructive criticism on what makes the site crappy.
