I need to pay my affiliates via paypal(I can't use mine cause i can't verify it and please don't ask why)so i am currently trying to register an account with https://webmasterchecks.com/ as they have a payout service that allows me to pay people via paypal without having to use my own paypal. I have filled out and got all the documents accept for the legal business formation documents. Do i even need legal business formation documents? cause my business is just a simple pay per download website, also is the artical/certificate of incorporation only for businesses based in the us?
