    Hi,

    Anyone with experience in selling websites for + $20.000 USD on Flippa that can give me some good advice?
    I turned down a bid on $29k last year!

    Do you think that was a smart or wrong decision to make?

    It has first page rankings in Google Australia and several other countries.
    It ranks on the #1 page on keywords like "make money online" and other competitive keywords and phrases in the "make money online" industry.

    Things to consider (quick summary):
    - Earnings (monthly) $1.600-$3.000 USD (passive income).
    - Has Page Rank 5!
    - 10 years old domain name!
    - First page rankings in several countries
