A couple friends and I want to get a business account for Adsense so we can use a common Adsense code and pay taxes through the company rather than from our personal income taxes. I'm wondering what kind of company (LLC, Inc, Partnership) it would need to be in order to get a business account for Adsense, and what type of company people here may have found to be a good fit for a company looking to monetize a group of websites. I would think that an LLC would be the easiest way to do this. Google just needs a Federal tax ID instead of a social security number. The benefit of the LLC is if you have expenses for your website, like hosting and advertising you can just take that money out of the business account before you pay yourselves and it won't be taxed.
