I am selling this website because I don't have time to develop it. I've bought domain and installed portal script (not unique but there isn't many sites built on it. In fact I never saw one until now.)

This site doesn't include any design. New owner will need to edit template pages and build design.

I wish to sell it with present domain name but I can sell only the script installed if you would like that. NOTE: I will not sell the script and send it by email or download link. I must install it under a domain name.
