First of all terrorists never operate freely! Second, 100 US soldiers die every month. Terrorist activities grow up 95% let me give you an example. With every inocent iraqi kids you Americans kill it produce at least 5 terrorists. imagine a family . your soldiers go to their house shoot the father and mother in front of the children. now this child grow up with alot of hatered against america. hope you understand you can not wash blood with blood.
