So what is it then man? You made a statement that is was a buck.

Now we are saying it's not a buck? Now Bush comes into the picture, security? WTF are you talking about?

Man it is refreshing to see the left revert back to Halliburton instead of Nixon...

You still have not answered my question. Site your source please...

At least he only posts the links. Gworld finds it necessary to post the links, the text in and out of context, paraphrased, with highlights, colors and bold face type. Nothing like re-writting re-written history.

This is pretty cheap for freedom, don't ya think? With your thinking, we should just wait until Iran get's their nuke, then ask the useless UN to do something about it.

Iraq was a war that could have waited imo. Hindsight is always 20/20

Now we are in a situation where we do not have much leverage military wise and Chavez and Iran are taking advantage of that.

One thing I have noticed is that N. Korea has vanished from the news ;) Wonder why

I agree. I think the Bush admin put the lives of oppressed people above the US's interests. I would rather have seen N. Korea turned into a land fill. But as you said, hindsight... It's so easy to second guess something after the fact.

You do realize that the probability that Iraq DID have WMD is probably 99%, and they were moved to Syria before the invasion. Just google it and you'll see. My god they dug up whole fighter jets buried in the desert. Wake up.

We should have caught that though. That was a failure on our part. If there was any doubt that Sadaam could get the weapons we were saying he had out of the country we had to prove he did so. Nothing can be more lethal than the word of an honest man to any enemy that no one likes. If we show that our intelligence can be trusted and that we have a track record of indepth research in intelligence then we are going to have a lot more people willing to put their political career on line and send people to war.

The trouble is, there was an 8 year period where all our intelligence, cold war mentality and military were systematically degraded and dismanteled....

Sure, blame Bush on Clinton, great logic Mia.....

Take my word for it (the $1.00 a barrel cost of goods on Iraq Oil) or do your own search and find it yourself!

I don't think I said that. I will say this though. Clinton is responsible for 9/11 that is pretty much an undisputed fact.

Oh, in that case, it must be fact.

If I join his forum I will still be here.

Please tell me what that has to do with this topic.

Hahahahahaha. I tell you what, the government loves people like you. You believe every pie in the sky thing they tell you. The US should have found it by now.

It was never there to begin with. The whole war was staged. The only people who have benefited are the Bush administration and the defense companies they are affiliated with.

If it was moved to Syria before the war don't you think the NSA and CIA would have been able to inform the Bush admin of it? I mean hell, they're good a spying on American, why couldn't they have gotten info on that?
