Bury website by copying the contents?

    report it to google on webmaster tools and get it's content removed from google index

    BTW, if they are copying your content, its been published and indexed at your site for first, so there is no need to worry.

    they copy my content and their website appears first.

    Like me, there are many people that they are copying all the contents.
