    Does anyone use Burning Board? They say it is a cheaper alternative to VB, IPB, or XenForo, but not free.

    I don't use WoltLab BB but yes, it's cheaper. Can't say much really because I don't own a BB license. 4.x version is really good, default theme is decent and has a lot of features.
