I have ordered PR 5 blog comment from their website. They sent me report, but there wasn't any link to my website on the URL address :/ I have paid 10$ for that fake service. Then I wrote them email and I explained them that there was no link on the URL address. I want my refund or my PR 5 blog comment. :/ I can post screen shots if you don't believe me.

 

Sammy.m, you actually forgot to mention something else too.. You wanted a PR5 link. The link that we sent is now a PR4 page. I hope you are aware of the google update of PR, before few days. The blog post that we actually posted a comment linking back to your site, was a PR5 page before the update and now its a PR4 page. The article on this page was posted back on December 10th 2007. Now, there is not a single comment in this post. An Ex-PR5 page that has been online for over 15 months, without a single comment... sounds strange.. huh?? The case is that the site admin/webmaster might have removed all the comments in the post.

We never received an email from your contact email address. The report was delivered to you on 20th March 2009. I wonder if it took over 20 days for you to find that the blog page had no link to your site. Or were you waiting for the comment to get deleted? If you still have the records/proofs that you sent us an email, can you please PM me the details, so that I can arrange for a full refund/rework. If you will not be able to provide me with the email communication details in the next 48 hours, your post will be reported and I'll have to make a complaint to the moderators as you have given a fake negative iTrader.

Before you actually raised this issue and gave me a negative iTrader, you could have PMd me as the last try. You could have asked for refund in PM, and we could have very well settled this. We might have missed to reply your email (But we hardly do that). Every business has its own pros and cons... How bad would you feel if a buyer files a paypal chargeback after you deliver him the pills that you sell. Will you not expect a buyer to contact you in every possible way before a remark is made against you. Its very easy to give a negative remark and move on. And it will not take more a minute of my time to add a negative rating to your profile. But, I am not here for that. Managing an offline, brick and mortar office setup is not so easy as running a simple website selling some stuff, integrated with a shopping cart. I am managing over 5 full time staff and most of my business, I get it from DP forums. Ruining my reputation here and scamming you for $10, is the worst possible thing, I can think of.

If you will want continue to discuss/argue about this, we can do it PM rather than in the sales thread. Will be waiting for not more than 48 hours, for you to send the proof that you actually sent the email to our sales department, complaining of no link. Thanks for your time.
