Hi, I have done submitted 8 articles to ezine (are reviewed),4 to article base and 4 to searchwarp, answered dozens of questions at yahoo, submitted some youtube videos, and one squidoo page, does anyone has some more promoting tactics i can use? im trying to target registry products and adware, but im having troubles finding good longtailed keywords...
It sounds like you're on the right track right now. Keep submitting articles, and keep updating your squidoo, and you'll see some good growth soon.
Hmmm. First, it sounds like you're only submitting your articles to one or two article submission sites. Is that right? There are, literally, dozens of article submission sites. While SearchWarp and Article Base are goods ones, there are many, many more. Second, you can also post your articles within many business community blogs, as well as on your own blog. Those are just two ways you can promote your articles further. I've always found that it's better to write one, smashing article, then place it as much as possible, than to write a lot of articles, but just submit them to one or two sites. I've received as many as 10,000 inbound links with one article. My advice is pick your best article and broadcast it as much as possible. Then, in a week, take your next article and do the same. Mo
ok, thanx i will try it, because i am not good in seo (yet), and finding keyword, so the duplicate content will not hurt it, i think
Sounds like you don't have a real marketing plan that addresses the needs of your target audience. Just throwing out articles and trying to get incoming links isn't really marketing. It is one part of a larger plan of link generation strategies.
very tue one article can be see a boat load of traffic so test the articles out I use ezine to test the popularity then promote the ones that make things happen also a blog and blog commenting can have tremendous effects
thanx for your tips all, =) @internetmarketing the articles i make have always something to do with security and 'howto', it adresses security issues, but at the end complexify the problem to let them see their needs for using my affiliate product, that what i try to do
Apparently you are lucky to have one article directing 10k inbound links. But more people must keep write and write in the following way: 1. Write for the keyword that people are currently interested in 2. Constantly write articles and submit People's interests change so you have to do this repeatedly. Today you wrote an article for a keyword, maybe tomorrow it's no long hot~ so keep doing again and again~
I don't know... my most popular article so far is about proofreading. I wrote it over three years ago and it is still picked up on a regular basis. There are some topics that are classic. Of course, you have to write more than one article. But that's beside the point-- the point is, once written, each article should be promoted as much as possible. Thank you, Simple Talk. Mo
