Any one here got success in bum marketing?

I am doing bum marketing for promoting the products.Is it right for me?

Just create tons of SEO articles and distribute them where they get picked up and hope for the best!

I create blogs with tons of articles on product I get from subscription sites. I pay for the articles and setup an RSS to post an article once every other day and I just send a lot of backlinks, I use another service that does this for me, and it seems to be working for me. I get a few sales a day doing this.

I've been lazy and haven't made any new content sites in about 6 months... but my sites are still being updated by my auto script, I have backlinks being generated for me and the sales keep coming.

Just do it once, and you're good for awhile.

But the key is, do it.

Stop planning.. and get something done.

 

I do bum marketing as a kind of part time job and to be honest it's fun. Today i've made a 27$ sale for an article that i wrote more then 6 months ago.
I have success with ezinearticles i think it's important that you can write a good resource box. There is a geat difference of a ctr of 30% of 5%.
My advice is always buy the product for yourself to see if it's worth.

I'm using BUM marketing thru blogger sites and I make 100-200 day with them.

Could you please, be more specific about what you do

Let's say I write posts in my blog, then I stumble and digg them. Also I write articles on Ezinearticles. What else should I do?

 

I would share my experience. I have hundreds of posts in blogs. I give a link to the related product. Though i have pretty good number of hops the sales are less but still whatever i get is free.

 

I would like to know more about bum Marketing.

Sorry about that folks, was out to lunch!

2 sales as in two sales total. Now since then I have brought in two more sales over the week, making it four total.

I am working on ezinearticles.com and squidoo lenses (quality content backlinks). Also I am aggregating 500 word articles to article dashboard type article sites, for backlinks, which is in the neighborhood of 100+ sites at a time.

Also for my website, thisawesomething.com, I am on a campaign to submit the site to 100 link directories per day as well.

My goal is to make one sale a day, then double it to 2 sales! My goal is to shoot for at least $200 a day average on sales.

Another idea...

Look into long tail keywords.

do some keyword research on google. Find out how many searches are conducted per day and how many total results are for that keyword.

If you get 30-40 searches a day, and less than 10,000 results, shoot for some articles on squidoo, blogger, or ezinearticles.com. Make them as SEO friendly and spider food happy as much as you can!

With regards to longtails... Can you guys tell me if I have done the following right?

I have a product for compulsive lying... I entered the term 'compulsive lying' into - http://freekeywords.wordtracker.com/

In first place came up 'lying personality compulsive'. No idea what it means, but it seems that with 152 searches, it seems what people are looking for. I checked the comp. I typed it into Google and 321,000 competing results came up. The I did as someone mentioned and typed it in with quotation marks like below;

"lying personality compulsive" and came up with only 23 competing sites. So does this make this a good keyword phrase to be using in bum marketing or am I still off track?

Basically I do the same things as you mentioned:
Stumble, Digg + OnlyWire + Articles.

If it's a Squidoo or a Blog - I also use Ping-o-matic and Pingoat

oh... lately I have been working hard on Forum Marketing (using your signature) - but this one takes more time because you can't just SPAM forums
