    sure any site is good as long as the domain name is not .info (mypace banned it),No popups or redirects in the bulletin, No illegal sites,no adult sites, no sites like free ipod and other invalid offers.

    basically its a message posted that all my friends can see meaning a lot of exposure to your links.
