sorry guys, but what does bulletin do? I want to advertise 2 sites of mine, can that be done if i use the 4 bullellin? i.e. 16$?

does it mean by sending 1 bulletin, it means your friend can only see it once? can you send the 4 bulletin on different timing? such as once a week?

A bulletin is basically an advertisement that gets sent to people. and yes bulletins can be sent at any time.

 

I paid this guy 3 days ago and still go no bulletin and he wont answer my messages.

 

I got a reply finally and he said he posted the bulletin. He would not verify the post because he doesnt want anyone to see his myspace account. I had a tracking code so i know how many clicks i got and where from. Well there was like 2 clicks and it wasnt from a bulletin. He posted in a myspace forum.

I dont think he even has 41k friends account.
