Bullet-proof way of hiding referrer

What is the best way to hide the referrer so that the site receiving the traffic cannot find the previous site that the visitor came from?

 

Use URL hider services. For example using this format:

http://fiki.us/?B*URLLINK

Ex, going to google: http://fiki.us/?B*http://www.google.com

There are many services that provide such tool, including the all famous starter of such service tinyurl.com

Do they really hide the referrer with 100% reliability?

What methods do they use?

 

I'm worried that a 3rd party service might steal commissions.

What method can I use with 100% certainty to remove the referrer information?

 

I repeat (I posted before), I have done it 100% perfectly in php, without using any external dependency, if you do not believe then it wont harm me for sure . Send me private message.
