    it depends on your requirements. if you just wish to send email, then probably getresponse or aweber are better because their ip's are whitelisted, and good deliverability.

    however, if you want it of your own, then i would suggest you use any standard vps ( goes as much as 20$ , use firewall etc, and all will be good.
