Anyone use http://www.bulletads.com/ how are they with offers and payments.. i would be interested to see all the offers that are available. also want to know about payout... and is it on time? Thanks
I had signed up for bullet ads but never used them cause i remember being a bit unimpressed by them. I have a lot of success with the following list of networks. http://www.extrafreebies.com/webmasterfreebies.php I found them to be on time with payments plus the have hundreds of offers.
