    what do you mean by bulk PR checker?
    If you are looking for a tool that checks PR for multiple URLs then you can use
    RankAlert's Pagerank Checker

    you can also check pagerank across 155 datacenters using Datacenter Watch tool

    You can get buttons which have a webpages PR on them... so if you just got the code for a button for each site you wanted to check, and then just put all the buttons on a single webpage, you could just look at that page and it would tell you all the PR's you wanted to know... or at least it might do that, never actually tried it!
