I've found and always use this bulk pagerank checker http://bulk-pr-check.cjb.net

There are no limits on amount of checked domains afaik. The tool works pretty fast though.

Check out http://googlepagerankings.net . They have a tool I bought that will run on your PC and retrieve the PageRank for thousands of domains. It will do about 20/second.
