Bulk manage problems with registerfly

    Im having problems with the bulk manahe for registerfly ive searched the internet and nobody else seems to be having this problem, whenever I try to change the address records on my domains I get this error in an email.

    =======================================================
    Request ID: 22368680
    Request Date: 2005-11-14 19:34:25
    Domain Name: ******.info
    Change Type: MULTI_SETTINGS
    Response: The domain -.com is not registered at this registrar.
    =======================================================

    Allways the same response, sometimes it says -.info and sometimes -.com

    Ive put a support ticket in regarding this some time ago and the response was

    [2005-10-11] Hello,

    Sorry to say that bulk tool is not working. So you need to apply settings manually on each domain.

    Thank You.

    [2005-10-11] Hello,

    Bulk tool is under maintenace anddevelopers are working on it and it will be fixed soon.

    Thank You.

    But yesterday I emailed and asked if they would be able to manually change some domains for me but they said there are no problems with the bulk manage tools.

    This makes me think I might be the only one having this problem as I haven't seen any posts regarding this anywhere.

    Has anyone had this problem? or is it just me?

    Im finding the task of manually changing the ADDRESS records for 50 domains at a time very boring and time consuming and if registerfly wasn't so cheap "$1.25 .info domains" I would go elsewhere.

    Thanks
    Matthew

    I've read a few threads recently regarding problems at Registerfly. Could be they are experiencing some 'issues'...?

    Have you tested the bulk manage tool? try changing the ADDRESS records of a few domains at once and see if it works.

    This has been broken for 2 months now.

    The best solution is to just get all your names as far away from registerfly as possible. Their "support" is completely lacking. I would suggest eNom or Godaddy.
